Art from Old
The Brazilian artist Henrique Oliveira has his debut show in America at the end of the month. He uses wood collected from the streets of São Paulo to create huge installations. The thin sections of wood, obtained from old fencing and boarding, are bent and curved into these enormous structures. Click through for some more pictures of Oliveira’s work and go here for some images of how he puts the structures together. Originally spotted on designboom.com.
