The first year this institutional event was held outside of BBC broadcasting house, we were asked to create a corporate and VIP area for the sportsmen and sponsors.

Transforming Hall 9 of the NEC, we partnered with EFG Europe to create an area that not only seated over 500 corporate sponsors for dinner before the show but also housed over 1000 merry sportsmen and women in an after-show party drinks and dance arena. The experience was a first for sports fans such as ourselves - where else would you stand talking to Adrian Chiles, turn around and bump into Zara Phillips and then flippantly share an indecent joke with Ricky Hatton?!
